What they're looking for is a trusted, independent perspective from someone outside their situation — not a process or a programme, just honest thinking alongside someone with no agenda other than to help them find their own way forward.

I am a thinking partner, not a formulaic coach. I work best in defined, high-trust roles where clear thinking, honest perspective, and sound judgement are what's needed.
I prefer working face to face — I find the quality of thinking and the depth of trust it creates is simply better in person.
