the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).

We currently offer three levels of coaching skills programmes accredited by the ILM and those are:
- ILM level 3 Coaching for Team Leaders
- ILM level 5 Coaching and Mentoring in Management
- ILM level 7 Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring
